| Thanks Monica! Congrats on doing so well!!! Where are the challengers?? My b day is actually next tues. We just celebrated early. The scale saga continues so I tossed it. It went even higher. Amazing. 3.5 miles today. B none L burger patty hot chicken wings green beans salad D eggs sasage onion, pepper, tomato

| Yesterday was a good day! I even survived making 250 cookies and not having SUGAR! Of coarse it helps that I am allergic to flour, but I so could have caved and made some that I COULD EAT! lol Today looks to be good as well! Yesterday I didn't exercise and today I started and my daughter woke me. So I didn't finish. But I will tonight! Monica |

| Hi everyone! I tried to get in her this morning but my computer was wonky. I'm still way way bloated but I know relief is in site. My carbs were higher today because I am craving grapefruit (of all things) like a fiend. My friend wants me to join WW with her. I looked at the eating plan and no way! However I still may go to the weekly meeting with her but do lc. I'm still deciding. Congrats PQ~!!!! Monica ~ way to go!!!

| DAY 21!!! Monica, What triggered you to cheat? Environment...that is the kicker for me something....I usually would go off with Kebler cookies calling me in the pantry....ugh!! I am down 14.4 this morning. |

| PQ I was at my children's school heading Grandparents day. I brought a morning snack of nuts and had planned on my hubby running and getting me lunch. Well, things got crazy and that didn't happen. By 2:30 I would have eaten paper. I was serving cookies for the reception, but I can't have cookies, flour (celiac disease) kills me. I was cleaning things up and was in the teachers lounge and they had M&M's in there. I had 2 handfuls. I was starved and needed food. So I took what I could! Oh well, yesterday was a Great lc day! I did 4 miles on the tm and today I did 40 Minutes The Firm! PQ WOOHOO on the 14.4 pounds! I won't weigh this week, no need to further depress myself! Monica |

| Monica, Atleast you are not dwelling on it...what is done is done. Pick yourself up, brush yourself off and move on from this. You will be fine. So I weighed in this morning to have gained 2 pounds??? I had low carb pasta Dreamfield....it said that the carbs were 5 digestable and I actually counted the spaghetti strings that I could have and bammmmmm weight gained????? I don't get it. Have you LC pasta? I am going to post a thread and ask around. Thanks! Keep us informed.....

| I agree with Monica on it not necessarily having a thing to do with the dreamfields. My weight bounces like a rubber ball often for no reason at all. I am scale free for approx the next 45 days.I need to focus on health and not weight. I have been learning about cortisol and decided to incorporate more snacks and a tad less strenuous exercise because of it's effect on blood sugar. It can't hurt to try a few changes. Oh I will be doing measurements though.
