| I'd like for all of us to try a new food every week, or every month, if it's easier for you. For example, maybe you've never had duck. Now's the time to try it as your new food. Or, maybe you've never had the courage to try asparagus, or beet greens, or bokchoy. Well, how about now? Just try something you might not have tried before, low carb, of course! Research the best way to prepare it, try it, and let us know what you think. When I was checking out at WalMart, the clerk wanted to know what the jicama was, she'd never had it. Those of you who've had it know she's missing a crisp, tasty, crunchy delight. And those of you who haven't, it's wonderful! So, what will I try this time? Don't know yet. But next time I go shopping, I'm going to look for a new food I've been reluctant to try, and give it a whirl. Can't anymore than gag and wish I'd left well enough alone, or find a new yummy addition to my shopping list.
