| Good Sunday Morning! Last night was another success...ate about 5:00...a little early for me..have to admit I was Starving when I went to bed at 10:00..Will try and eat about 6:30 or so as not to have the gnawing feeling...Have a Great day all!

| I work very late most evenings and noshing before bed is a bad habit that I have; so, I'm in on this! I have a tip that I have been using which helps me not eat at night. Floss and brush after your last morsel and this will deter you from eating anything because you will have to go through the whole routine again. Seems to help me. | Lisa, maybe if your supper is early you will need to work a snack in right before 7. My tummy will rumble a bunch by morning when I eat too early. I only did that a couple of times last week. Shell, you go girl! How awesome to be rewarded with losing weight. Heather, hope you're having a good weekend. Check back when you can. Nothing After 7 for me last night! We went to a birthday party and I made sure I didn't go past my 7PM deadline, even after we got home. I've lost 5.5 pounds since joining the NA7C last Monday. | ok, sus has been letting us know how much this has helped all over the place, and you na7c'ers have been burning up the scales, so i'm going to join you! since i stay usually go to bed between midnight and 1am most nights, 7pm is a bit early for me; that's why i didn't join up at the start. so i'm adjusting the time to "Nothing after 9." Madam Challenge Host Sus has said that is acceptable, so count me in, gang!

| GoodMorning all! Susie...chaulk me up for another successful evening..No eating after 7:00. This feels great..Think I will wait and weigh at the end of the month..seeing that my scales are on the blink anyway. Curious to see if this will help with the weightloss..I'm sure it will..I feel so much better and in control of this. Have a great day everyone!

| ok, i'm reporting back from last night. i did fine with night one. finished dinner with the family about 8:30 (as i'm on the after-nine schedule), and enjoyed my evening normally. i did have some coffee instead. after i finally got to putting away my laundry right about midnight, when it would have been quite normal for me to pop downstairs for a late-night snack before bed to "reward" myself for doing a task i don't like, i just hopped in bed instead.

| Night #3 NEA7 is a done deal!!! Yay! And....I can hardly believe it, but down another 2 lbs! So, down 5lbs total, since Friday. I'm diuresing, no doubt, but still...better OFF the body, than ON!! LOL! I think though, I'm back in my *groove*, and it feels GOOD!...actually, inspiring, yanno?? WTG Lisa and Dixie!!! ![]() off to fitness walk before the storms roll in...boo & hiss on this bad weather!! s

| You guys are doing GREAT! I did pretty good last night. Sunday is cheating day for me usually; so, I did have a small bowl of Edy's LC No Sugar Added Vanilla Bean ice cream. There was a couple (2) of hours between the treat and bedtime. After dinner tonight (grilled chicken, green beans, cole slaw (SF), romaine salad w/boiled egg topped w/olive oil, balsamic & lots & lots of herbs) it's Sugar Free Jello and whipped cream only! We can do it! |
