| Today I made day 12 kicking and screaming. I really would have liked to eat in front of the TV tonight. I worked out so hard and think that I was just feeling like I deserved it. I'll be glad I held out in the next day or so. Tomorrow my muscles maybe swollen - lol. I know that scale lies. |

| It's Sunday..really need to go to church this morning. Feeling a little tired,had an extremely busy week at work. Looks like we might be hiring a salesperson. A woman that has been in the business a long time. She is much needed around there! Keep your finges crossed for me! I am on a roll,not eating after 7:00!..Just wish I could remember how many days. Stepped outside to feed the Tom cats in the neighborhood...They make thier rounds...It is chilly out this morning..what's going on! Have a great day gang!!

| Day #13 and I feel like this is getting EASIER! How strange is that? My family and I walked to the grocery store before dinner and DH picked out some treats for them. *sigh* I did good and only smelled the chocolate covered cheeries he brought home. He also got poptarts he wants for breakfast and chips for snack. Thank GOD I didn't start because it may have started a binge. |

| Is it Monday already?? Well Darn..did not get to eat until around 7:30..we had the kids and grandkids over for Sunday Supper..All I ate was a chicken breast and small helping of greenbeans..so I did pretty good..considering every one else was eating corn on the carb..red potatoes...rolls..icecream and so forth..Didn't sway me a bit. also took a sneakypeak on the scales this morning...down 4 lbs since the challenge started...I am so excited! Life is Good!

| Congrats to each of you for hanging tough with the challenge. ![]() We had a great weekend, but due to the time difference (they are on EST, I'm on CST), my meals/snacks were not in line with the rules of the challenge. Most of our meal times were dictated by catered events hosted by the university. Very interesting assessment, I'm so ready to get back with my routine tonight. Can't believe what a difference it makes. I'm still in - #10 nights with Nothing After 7. |

| A great night for me so I'm going to claim it a victory early ! Just had a very healthy salad loaded with veggies and meat. Ready for a nice evening of staying on track with my eating. |

| hello, gang! congrats on the scale cooperation to lisa and shell! that's always nice to see. heather, you're such a trooper! you're doing super as well avoiding all the trouble dear dh brings around....lol sus, sounds like you had a fabulous time on your trip. i'm glad you enjoyed it and know the family time is precious...you must be so proud of your boys. i have NOT been tracking the last few days, and i'm going to cut myself some slack in that regard. life has been a bit on the overdemanding side here, and in such cases i let go of the finer points and give myself permission to just do the best i can without feeling bad about it. but i'm definitely still working on the target of the challenge, and i like checking in with you all and seeing how everybody's doing. sus-i saw a couple of potential challengers in another thread mention the 7pm cutoff as too early for their schedule, so i let 'em know that's flexible. i'm helping with challenge marketing!

| Well, the weekend was extremely busy so I haven't been by to post... Did well all of the days except Saturday, DH and I ended up going out to dinner on the late side. Oh, well. At least it wasn't due to mindless snacking, which is where I usually have problems. My pants feel looser, so that's a good sign. I'll probably weigh in a few days just to see where I stand. I agree with Heather, it does seem to get easier as you go along. It's almost like you just have to break the mindset that you "need" to have a dessert or a snack in the evening. |

| Hey you guys are doing great! ![]() I on the other hand blew it a bit. I was bringing my husband a Coke and for some strange reason, with out even thinking, I just started drinking it. I had 2 or 3 sips and this morning when I said..."hey, I've been sugar for for 3 weeks now", he said, "didn't you take a couple of sips off my soda last night?" I was floored. Okay, then I ate about 20 honey roasted peanuts a half hour before bed. Tonight I will not fail! |

| Good Morning Girls! Dixie..I just wanted to say what a wonderful job you are all doing with this site..It's my sanity! I goofed again..Had an off schedule day yesterday...dr's appt with my 20yr. old...she is having severe nose bleeds again...has battled these all of her life..anyways have another appt on next tues with an ENT...hopefully he will provide some relief for her...so Dr's appt at 2:00...came home and made my version of a taco salad at 4:00..(like a Dummy thinking this would tie me over) Was so hungry at 8:30 so I ate a left over chicken breast and a piece of Provolone cheese...ugh Tonight I will be back on track!..(but you know what...I feel skinny today...LOL) even though I am NOT! Have a great day ya'll...we are all doing great!!
