Thank you, Lisa, for your kind comments. I very much appreciate it.

Skinny is definitely subjective, so feeling skinny is skinny in my book.

Even with the occassional off-nights, y'all are doing fabulous! I would venture to say there isn't a person participating here who hasn't significantly improved their former nighttime snacking habits.

You go, oh LC Warriors.

Well....
As much as I HATE to fail, I did so last night.
I had to take medication for a headache, and it can't be on an empty tummy, so when I finally caved in and took the med, I had a snack with it, around 8:30PM.

So, my running tally is 11 of 12 for NEA7.

I am considering myself back in the game for today...that darn H/A better not mess with me again!!! <inserting crossed fingers here!>

onward for us all!

You're right, Dixie!

Heather and Lisa!!! You guys are awesome.

Sistashell, jump back on with us! I've missed four nights this month, but ya know what, I'm doing SO much better than before this challenge.

Let's see, I'm having a busy and stressful week. Monday night was good. Tuesday night at supper I didn't eat enough and ate too early so my stomach was gnawing and almost hurting. I ate something healthy, but I ate. Back on for Wednesday night, it was all good. So, I'm 12 for 16.

Standing invitation for you to join us at anytime during the challenge.

We just had a 5.4 earthquake this morning lasting 30-45 seconds. The news just said the epicenter was only 60 miles west of us, so we got a pretty good rumble. Hope everybody else is ok.

YAY, SistaShell and Heather!!!

I made it last night, I'm at night #13.

Working today, so I gotta hit the shower.

Hey Yall...last night was a success..and i am calling one tonight also...have already eaten and have no intention to eat again.

Shopped til I dropped today!...Daughter and I had such a good day..we had pedicures..also scored 3 pair of capri's ...two tops..to pair of sandals...Yippee!!...size 12 though..that was kinda a bummer...but oh well..I will be stylin!!

I am going to have to scroll up and see what night I'm on..Overall this month has been a success...dropped another lb this morning...and the snack attacks have ceased for awhile.

susie...an earthquake? Did you feel the rumble..tell me more

Coffee Re: Nothing after 7 Challenge

G'mornin' Lisa and congratulations to you for racking up another night!

Lisa, we had a quake that you absolutely w/o a doubt knew was an earthquake. In the end it was measured 5.2 from the epicenter which is 60 miles west of us. We live on the New Madrid faultline and they say one of these days the big one will hit. We've always had earthquake insurance since any EQ damage is not covered under a regular homeowners policy. There were 7 aftershocks and the biggest hit at 10:14AM, my office was mumblin' and grumbling', thought I was gonna have to hit the floor. Thanks for asking.

I was successful until 10:30PM. I ran a bunch of errands after work yesterday, got a phone call and didn't get to eat much for supper. The 7PM cutoff came and went...while I was on the phone. Later in the evening I fell asleep while watching 20/20, woke up and went straight to the kitchen to put some bacon in the fridge that I had fried to keep for breakfast. Half asleep I ate 3 slices of bacon, I was way too hungry. My bad tho, poor meal planning. I'm learning how/why poor eating habits can have such an impact on weight. All is not lost even tho I had the bacon and can't count Friday as #14, I'm walking away with a valuable lesson.

Have an awesome weekend.

NEA7 #14 done.
I've changed my time to 7:30PM though. I don't go to bed until 1030-1100PM, so when we have dinner at 5, not eating for 6 hours before bedtime is just to long for me.
But, if I get back on my earlier bedtime schedule, then I'll re-adjust.

Tweaks and adjustments make the world go round, eh?! LOL!

A happy weekend to all!

Absolutely!!!

I've been thinking. When May rolls around I'm going to tweak our challenge in a few areas. I already have some things in mind. If you have some ideas, post them. I really want this to work for everybody who is interested.

I'm claiming victory tonight a bit early, as I have the bacon tucked away in the
