Mab, good start. Nita's suggestion with the SF preserves might help you out a bit. Nita, I need to get back to making my OMM, I miss those. I ran out of time at home, but I had two sticks of string cheese when I got to work. Not ideal, but better than naught.

Susie, I just did not feel like eating this morning, and I planned to grab some cheese sticks on the way out the door, but forgot, so no breakfast for me this morning. I don't keep anything here at work for nibbling, so I guess I'll have to tough it out until lunch. This is the first time I've skipped breakfast in months.

Cottage cheese. Vitamins. Big glass of water. 7:30. Blech.
Will try Nita's suggestion for the perserves. Sounds like a plan!

Mab's on a cottage cheese kick.

Nita's on a OMM kick.

And it's been string cheese for me since Tuesday, at least I ate breakfast. Tomorrow the menu will change.

Do you guys want to do a new breakfast challenge each month or continue this one from month to month?

Had .5 large banana due to the fact that the nurse told me on Wed. that my potassium is really low and I need to bump it up rather quickly. Not MY choice, but I'm doing it for a few days.

Susie, I see no reason not to continue with this challenge, no need for a new one.

I had a shake. Got some "low carb" samples from Netrition, tried this shake, not impressed at all. It was way too sweet. Then I saw that it was made with non-dairy creamer, which is corn syrup solids. No wonder. It's 12 carbs, 8 net. Thank goodness it was just the one serving! Back to my old whey protein powder. Lots fewer carbs, and tastes way (or whey!) better!

Yesterday was a banana. Hoping now I have helped boost my potassium back up.

LC warm cereal today for breakfast.

Over the weekend I had OMM for breakfast. This morning I did not feel hungry, so I brought a string cheese and a snack bag of sunflower & pumpkin seeds to nibble on. I've been nibbling on the seeds all morning. I roasted them last night, and they taste really fresh. Not the best breakfast, but better than nothing.

Hi Gals!

Friday I skipped breakfast! :( Nothing in the pantry to have.

Saturday, yep, cottage cheese.

Sunday, 2 scrambled eggs.

Today, 2 scrambled eggs.

Now I am on an egg kick! LOL!
