| I hope this challenge will work out for everybody. I think our challenge might be more inclusive if we don't eat 3 hours before bedtime, whatever that time may be for you. Maybe your cutoff needs to be 9PM because you're a total night owl or you work evenings, then that's great! If not eating after 7 is working for you, please continue with that schedule. Personally, I will probably continue with 7 or 7:30PM. Another suggestion. I want to rename our challenge and I've noticed a lot of you are calling it NEA7. That's a good name, but I want to get away from implying that one has to use the 7PM time. Get creative and post your ideas on a new name for our challenge! If several come to mind, go for it! I think when we see the "one" we'll know it! ![]() Hoping for feedback...SOON. Again, thanks to each of you for participating and congratulations to you for hanging in there with a not so easy challenge. Please feel free to join the challenge at any time! |

| a few more thoughts for a name for this challenge...not necessarily good thoughts since my brain is getting tired, but.... NIMMAS...Nothing In My Mouth After Supper or NIMMAD...Nothing In My Mouth After Dinner maybe my thoughts will be better in the morning.... leaving quitely...exit stage left... over and out.

| I think something about not eating 3 hours prior to bedtime or something to that effect. That's what the challenge is all about and how I arrived at the name Nothing After 7 Challenge. How about The 3 Hour Challenge. Like Heather said, it would draw in the curious. What do you guys think? |

| Let's use a collaborative effort in naming our challenge. After mulling it over today, I'm thinking this name would definitely cover all the bases.... NEAS 3 Hour Challenge (NEAS...No Eats After Supper) Basically, we're saying this challenge is all about not eating after supper or within three hours of your bedtime...whichever comes first or whatever time that may be. Do you feel like that will work? Feedback please! Susie |

| It works for me...not eating after supper...I usually eat around 6:00 or so..then bed by 9:00 or 10:00... Lets do this girls!!!
