| Sistashell, we'll be looking forward to having you back with us! Good job Heather and Lisa. We had terrible storms yesterday. Lots of rain, wind, lightening. Sun is shining today, but it's chilly. I will attempt to have a successful night, I caved last night when DH had a late night snack...popcorn. I didn't have much, but nonetheless I had some. Onward. |

| DH went to the store to get some inserts for his shoes since his feet is hurting as well as his back. Anyway, he brought chips back after 7pm and I didn't eat them. Yeah! I thought of you all. ![]() ![]() |

| Blew it last night..went out of town shopping...didnt eat a meal until 8:00 or so...had Talipia with steamed veggies...oh so good!! Happy Sunday!

| Heather, good for you because chips can be very, very difficult to resist! ![]() Lisa, in a way you didn't blow it because you had something very nutritious. Hey, when a gal goes shopping part of the fun is having a nice meal that you didn't have to prepare. I made it last night! I love how I feel the next morning when I've had NEAS. Somebody in this challenge said "I feel skinny even though I'm not really". Lots to do today! Sistashell, we'll see you here in the morning. |

| I'm back on board now(as of 5/5)...yay!!! Soooo, I made it through last night...a little hard, but I hung tough. I expect the next couple of nights will be a little hard, like last month was, until my brain totally gets the message it ain't gettin' nuttin' after 7PM, so it might as well *fahgitabouit*!!! LOL! have a good one, everyone!!! s

| Ok, I'm gonna join although somewhat hesitant considering my past history! I'll have to claim 9pm as my 3 hr deadline, since I'm rarely in bed before pumpkin time. Let's see how it goes, cause I badly need some kind of self-discipline!

Looking forward to having you with us. ![]() ![]() Lisa, you're right this has helped tame the night munchies. Good for you girl. Sistashell, really happy you're back with us. The first 2-3 nights are kinda rough, but you'll get back in the groove soon. Heather, you and I will have to get right back on track tonight. I ate something early in the evening that turned on a wildfire craving for something that I couldn't satisfy. That's ok tho, so far tonight has been perfect. See you guys in the morning. |
