I came home last night around 9pm and thought about having a snack. Then I thought about this challenge and I went to bed. What a blessing my online LC buddies are! I didn't want to have to confess my detour! Thanks for keeping me on track!

Thank goodness I found this challenge. I need it more than you know. I will need to use 8pm as my cut off time because I go to bed pretty late you know, Hubby, 3 kids, Full time Job yada yada yada...that makes for a very long day. I am excited about this challenge. I have a real problem with late night snacking. I know this is going to help.

Another snack free evening I am blessed to say the numbers are going down on the scale everyday. I am ready for the weekend! I might try some LC recipes and make some items to freeze for quick breakfast and lunch options. I am low carb and loving it!!

Hello all,

Me and the peanut butter were staring each other down again last night and (drum roll please) I won!!!! I did not eat anything after supper for two nites straight. This is monumental for me. I am beginning to understand who has control here and that feels awesome.

Still going strong and actually didn't want to eat dinner tonight. Decided on a beef hot dog because I remember from Dr. Atkins book he says even when not hungry to eat something small so you aren't overwhelmed with hunger later. My calories are low and carbs about 20 so I've decided since I've been exercising so faithfully I'd take a break today. My body needs that too. Have a good weekend everyone!

Another day with SUCCESS!! this is getting too easy. I ate absolutely nothing after supper last nite. I know with out a doubt that this is going to help with this lifestyle change. My menu yesterday consisted of:
B-chicken filet, egg, and 1 slice of cheese
L-hibachi chicken no rice with zuch&onions and mushrooms
S- two slices of bologna and 1 slice of cheese
D-bean less chili and side salad with ranch
and water water water all day long.
