| No change in my weight this week. I try to stay away from the nuts, but there's something about the Mac nuts that causes me to stall. I guess I better give those up. |

| Lost 3 pounds this week ....Not sure what I am doing lately that made me start dropping 2 or 3 pounds a week for the last 3 weeks but I am not changing anything until it stops lol. | The scale says 175 this morning ... HOWEVER i had to buy new , SMALLER, pants this week ... therefor I care not what the scale says. I am also starting to see the results of all the time in the Gym. YAAAAAAAAAY !!! So ... | Hey you guys are doing awesome(ly?)! I hear you momus! The gym can do wonderful things to your body, whatever the scale says! Margaret, you are really on a roll woman! I wouldn't change a thing either! Well I got on the scale today and if I lean slightly forward I can get it to say 192. I know its a little bit of a stretch, but I'm claiming it. This week I didn't buy any macadamias, I used peanuts for my nut fix. They aren't nearly as addicting, and they're cheaper too.

| Greg, I understand about the nuts. Usually I rotate between nut days and non nut days, otherwise I'll go overboard. I agree that everyone is doing awesome-ly, and I appreciate the support here, it keeps me honest and on track. When I started back at LCing in late Feb, I weighed 213, today was weigh day and I dropped two pounds! | Way to go babygirl...You are doing great. I am so glad we have each other it makes this alot easier. Keeps me on the straight and narrow too. We are all getting healthy and thats whats important. |
