| Great news! You are making awesome progress!! I wouldn't change a thing either. For the past week I've been going to the gym, so I hope to see continued progress on the scale. Although when I lowcarbed a few years ago and exercised, the scale moved slower. We'll see what happens this time around. |

| Good morning gals! I didn't lose this week, but I don't have to lean forward to get the scale to say 192 so I'm considering that progress hehe! Keep on keepin' on!

| Greg, you're so close, I can see the finish (maintenance) line from here! I imagine that we will all reach a point where the weight loss is at a crawl, but at least you're a solid 192 now (without leaning forward)! |

| I'm down a pound today, and I'll take it! The scale read 188.8 actually, but I figure if I stay on the conservative side, it would be more accurate. | Today was weigh day. I am still holding steady at 215. No lose this week. But, I am pleased at the progress I am making. . I know I am getting healthier and it's worth it. | Today was scale day. I am down 2 pounds. | Thank you very much, I am finding the longer I go the stronger I get,,, the hard part is I get so consumed in my nutrition and exercise in everything. I work at the farm and find myself thinking now how can I incorporate this job into exercise lol. I do a lot of physical stuff here that may be easier for someone not carrying the extra weight but when carrying fencing or picking up manure or 50 pound bags of grain for someone my size it can be quite a workout,,, I realize you have up and downs when losing weight but when it slows down I try to do something extra to jumpstart my system,,,,, I now park halfway down the parking lot at my day job so it gives me that extra few steps to walk up to work,,,,,,! LoL,,, I am going to be the next top model!!!! |

| It was a great wednesday yesterday. It was weigh in day and I lost 3 more pounds this week. Happy to say i hit my 40 pound mini goal and then some. Seeing the scale go down and knowing I am healthier is what its all about. My next mini goal is already set. I want to see a 1 as the first number in my weight.
