| It might be that your consuming to many calories! I would go back to basics too! Stick with salads with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, w/ tomato, green pepper, mushrooms, celery, egg, and a very small amount of cheese like 1 oz. Stay away from carrots, peas, potato's! Have a serving of unprocessed meat of any kind. Do the same thing for lunch and dinner. Skip desert! If you want to snack then snack on veggies. Drink ONLY water! Do this for a week! Then see if the scales has moved! Also try to eat your protein first and then eat your carbs! This changes the digestion process! After the first week is over and it is working then start to add one new thing each week. Let me know how this works! Remember you can eat dinner items for breakfast too! OH... and btw..there is a 0 carb 0 cal dressing by waldron farms. I don't know where you live but I can get it a Meijers here in Michigan! I am sure you can find it online too!

I still think that your posted breakfast is the killer somehow. I am not a breakfast person. maybe on the weekend. Maybe the protein powder? I can't have anything like that...whatsoever. I had an atkins' bar the one day and I swear it stayed in my stomach for 3 days later and stalled my scale!!! Here is my menu yesterday: ![]() Huge salad for lunch, with grilled steak, lots of swiss cheese. lots of dressing, raw mushrooms, lots of blk olives, 2 cherry toms and yum! (maybe 3 cups of salad) Dinner was: One whopper sandwich -minus the bun but with all of the fix'ins they have on it ( Plus bacon and cheese) 3/4 cups of peanuts in the shell. ( I couldn't eat them all,,I was too full) ( 1 gallon water) I lost 2 more pounds this morning...4 this week...but I had gained 2 pounds due to a Sunday/Monday cheat. So I am only down 2 more. Do you work out Lavender?

| I am a bit up this week, but it is do to a couple of things: 1) The womanly cycle is about to hit, and 2) a bad run in with my home made split pea soup. Which isn't bad but apparently isn't so hot for me! Again a live and learn! So all and all .. I have nothing to report! I'm ok with that though! Sunday is my b-day I hope no one buys me a cake!

| I don't think the protein shake should be a problem, if the carb count is quite low. Mine is extremely low, and has no sugar alcohols. I get a big boost of protein, with few carbs. I won't get on the scales until Sunday morning, my first day of strict induction for the month of March.

| I'm really just considering doing Induction again, changing up some food choices (don't worry, no peas, carrots or potatoes have crossed my lips since beginning this! PQ, yes I workout although this month it's been almost nonexistent due to some other things that came up. I've been a fairly regular (is that an oxymoron? Nita, I don't see where the shakes should be a problem either. They usually end up being 3-5 carbs, depending on what goes into them. Thanks again, ladies, for your thoughts. I'm going to be doing my monthly measuring tomorrow and hopefully it'll show more progress even if the scales are sluggish. Have a great weekend!

| Alright everyone .. wake up! ![]() Well, my scale numbers still didn't meet my ticker loss and I only lost 1/2" off my waist, no losses anywhere else. At least I don't think. The program I use to put my measurements in for some reason didn't keep my measurements from last time. I know I lost around 8" overall in January. But, with very little exercise during February, 1/2" off one area isn't too bad, I guess. I did some re-reading in DANDR this weekend and decided to do Induction again and do it much more cleanly this time than I thought I did the first time.

| I stay on Induction, that is best for me. One little outlet and the scale won't move and the move I get the more I want. SO I obstain. ![]() TANYA!!!! ![]() Mine's Next Wednesday!!!!Hello Pisces Friend!!!!! I planning a ALL OUT cheat meal on my day and a cheat meal on my birthday! I am going to just do it, get it done and over with and Monday back on track. However, I want to lose 3 pounds this week , it will happen TOM came about yesterday. By the 11th I will be down 3 more. I have a cute Sharmrock shirt that reads 'Lucky Me!' which is true! I won over $300 this weekend!!! Anyway I want to wear that shirt tucked in a pair of jeans.... keep it up girlz!!!!

| Perhaps all those boys wearing the big pants that hang down over their undies and the big baggy shirts aren't making a fashion statement, maybe they're all really doing low carb and their clothes just got too big! Ha, ha, ha! I like to wear my clothes baggy until they just won't stay up anymore, and then one day wear something that really fits well. People really notice the losses more that way. I'm on day 2 of Induction and doing ok. Lost 1/2 lb overnight. Probably just water, though.

(But, I can't stand wearing my big clothes anymore, I think I have worked THIS hard I am NOT about to wear clothes that make me look big again!) Infact, I am going to get a form fitting winter coat, what better time than now to buy a coat, winter is (HOPEFULLY) almost over and the sales are great and galore!!!! I was down more ounces this morning,,,,I am nuts to step on the scale during TOM, I know. I have a new mini ( long term I assuming) Goal: I want to be smaller than my seat in my car. ( I drive a VW Bug!) The seat is so small, actually going from a big SUV to the one of the smallest cars on the road was one my motivations to start this program. I seen the seat and the way that my body took the seat over, I thought, I am NOT going to be some giant chick in this seat this summer, NO WAY!! Everyday when I get into the seat I say to myself.....are you smaller....Yes! You are....slowly but, shirley getting there. KEEP GOING EVERYONE!!!!

But they usually have a salad so I know I can have that. Speaking of coats, I would love to have a form-fitting leather coat next year. Or maybe the winter after since I am so slow at losing weight!!

| Down 30 pounds this morning. I am wearing a skirt without pantyhose (high of 50 here in Buffalo that a heatwave for us in March!!!) No rolls over my skirt!! ![]() I tried on my size 12 skirts last night, I can get them up over my hips, not buttoned though. About 15 more pounds and I will be golden. I lost close to 5 pounds so far this week alone!!!

| I love your motivation, PQ! I really like the way I sit better in chairs and seats than I did some 80 lbs ago, especially an airline seat. And my chair here at work fits me so much better. The boss needed to spend some money that was at the end of a certain fund, and I asked for a bigger chair, with back support, so she got me one, and it was bigger, and does not hurt my back. It has arms that can be pushed out or in, and at first I had to use it with the arms pushed out all the way. Now they are pushed in all the way, have been for a few years! With room to spare. Anyhow, induction is treating me well, I had lost 6.5 lbs, was up 2 this morning, but I'm prone to water weight gain, had a salty meal last night, and didn't drink enough water after. Tomorrow should be much, much better!
