Heather, I found a taco seasoning mix over at Linda Sue's, is that it? I'm going to make some of that up. I had taco salad again this week, but only put a little chili powder and garlic salt in the meat. Wasn't all that!
I haven't lost a darn thing. Down a couple of ounces, up a couple of ounces. I just can't believe I'm doing things so wrong to not be losing anything but a few inches over a matter of 3-4 months. I was going to up my calories this week, but never did. I know that sounds like an odd thing to do, but I've been reading over other forums where sometimes that helps. In looking at my totals for this week on the Daily Plate, I'm way below my BMR, especially days when I exercise.
I plug on, though.

Still hanging in there! Didn't weigh this morning, might wait until Monday.
We're seeing spring here in Texas - the fruit trees are blooming, and some of the trees are leafing out. A little rain sure would help.

Up 2 lbs, water weight. My hands are swollen really bad, rings tight.
Only carbs yesterday was an almond meal OMM and a cup of almond milk.

PQ, I wish my body was losing weight like yours is!
No losses again this week, either in weight or inches.I really don't know why this isn't working for me. Over the weekend, I read about those doing the original Atkins (even found a thread started a couple of years ago by you, Nita
). I may try that for at least a week. I'm going to be really depressed if it shows my body can't even handle 20 carbs after eating 300 and more back before beginning lc.
I've tried lowering my cheese and cream amounts but that hasn't made a difference either.
Breakfast was a shake (2 eggs, 0-carb protein powder, 2T cream, spices, DaVinci SF syrups to taste), lunch was a tuna salad (1 small can tuna, 1 HB egg, 1 T pickle relish, 2 T real mayo) w/pork rinds to dip, snack will be some cucumber slices w/0-carb Caesar dressing.
I'll be dropping out of this challenge as it's quite obvious I won't have lost a thing by the time it ends. Good luck to everybody!

I'll Join... I am feeling very strong and confident! I haven't had a cheat for at least two weeks now, and surprisingly enough, I am not tempted or craving ANYTHING. that just blows my mind. I used to fantasize about this pizza from a place in town, even when i was full of pizza already. It was nuts and scarring the crap out of me. Anyway, craving seem to be a thing of the past.. and making myself is now more the issue. It seems like i am forcing myself to eat in the morning and afternoon. I have no appetite to speak of, yet i know i must eat something, or the scales won't move.
I also have several people in my life that want to see me fail .. and it thrills me when i don't fall into their traps. and believe me they have been setting me up to fail.. NOT WORKING .. hahahahaaa <a href="http://www.3fatchicks.com/"><img src="http://www.3fatchicks.net/img/purpvinebar/slider-but3/lb/245/160/215/.png" border="0"></a> good luck with the losses every one!!
Spring is only 8 days away and it is sleeting outside?!@% I am 30 pounds down, but am not stopping when spring gets here. I want to make it to 165 and I think it will take more than 8 days. LOL. Good luck everyone and stick with it, it really is working for me. Plus I really don't crave all that junk food. People I know ask "are you shrinking?" I am so happy!!!!!![]()

I am down 33 pounds and still going strong!! No way am I stopping this way of life. My A1C is still too high, but triglycerides are down over 200 points!!!
