John I can send you his e-book he states he doesn't mind as long as I don't take credit for it...let me know your e-mail addy.

Body for Life is similar to it and was started by Bill Phillips....

I can't tell you how great my workout was and being in that whole environment is soo motivating.

Ate clean according to trainors plan, journaled my food and got in over 160oz water.

good news is my BF w/what this trainor tested (he does 9pt test and girl at gym does 4pt) was 32.7!!! that is 5% different (lower ) then what she had.

he is very motivating and gonna love working out there 3 days a week...I WILL be sore tomorrow hehe so better get my cardio in in the AM before legs soreness kicks in.

    Hey Star,

That would be great. here it is: golfunit@yahoo.com. If the attachment is too big, let me know, i have another addy we can use.

Great results! Of course, it'll be more difficult to scream at the trainer while working out. I find that one of the small satisfactions using a video.

Well, alarm went off at 5:00, and I hopped out of bed, put on running togs and bounced out the door with dog at exactly 5:10AM. I then ran about 10 steps...and the heavens opened! Dog turned tail and ran home, and I was right behind her. Sheesh! I hate to get rained on! So, tonight I gotta get in some sort of exercise as I have one foot in Slugville already!

Suz - I grew up on Singer Island, just north of Palm Beach. My Dad grew up in St. Pete. My brother got the heck out of Dodge and moved to Denver because he is more of a "mountain man" - may have had something to do with the humidity and, like you, swears he will never go back! Good job on missing half inch!

but.......we were serious walt disney world addicts and do plan on taking a vacation there one day I mean we would go to wdw like every other weekend....lol

thanks for the congrats, it's half an inch from waist and half an inch (or maybe more?) from hips those jeans are looking more and more promising to be able to fit into

    Great news, Junie!

I, too, miss WDW - my oldest son learned how to walk there, which was the last time I visited (seven years ago). We always just go for the day since it's only about 3.5 hrs from WPB.

OK, got up and did the weight training from Graeme and kate this morning.

Meechel - I read a lot of that ebook last night. I like what he has to say, yet, it's FAR from Atkins diet wise. Any ideas how one would go about making the switch?

I have the ebook, and AB foods papers, are there others?

    Thanks so much

    John
