Yep, I need this challenge 'big time". I am lazy when it comes to drinking water and I know it is a key to good health not just losing weight.

I am in! I am starting a new exercise routine tomorrow and I will be challenging myself to drink 128 ounces of water daily!

Alright Izzy, welcome aboard!

I was BAD yesterday. I played in a golf tournament in the morning, and we had a get-together at our house last night. Too much wine, not enough water. I'm up a pound from yesterday, I can feel my body wanting water. Today, 6 hrs. in the car for a soccer match, I'm hoping I can get the water in.

hope you're all doing better

John

John no biggie you can keep it going. It took me a while to find here since I had forums marked and not actual website.

I have been real religious with my 120+ (don't count after that).

Keep up the water folks its very good for you.

The last time I was in Montana I went over Lolo pass down into Missoula. What a beautiful drive!

How're the fires up that way? We've had some near here this year.

I've got to ask...I have a friend in HR we call "kropp". His name is Sieverkropp. Any relation?? :-)

Congratulations on starting the exercise challenge.

I don't recognize the name? As far as the fires go, I think they are getting pretty much under control d/t we are getting DRENCHED in rain right now)
I did good on my exercise this morning but made the mistake of weighing myself, just coming off my TOM and think I am still bloated....was getting discouraged but ok now..

Hello all,

I got in about 100 oz yesterday, a bit short, but ok. I'm really having a hard time doing this at school (teacher here). I hate leaving class to make a run to the loo! It's a good thing I'm a HS teacher so they can be trusted for a few minutes while I am gone. I finally got back to sig weight this morning after about 5 days above. I'm not sure if it's the weight training I started a few weeks ago, or the excessive wine I consumed this weekend.......
