| Judy - you are so right. I just realized how easy it is to gain and slowly enough that you don't pay that much attention to it. But, I am doing so much better now as well. And CONGRATS! on the 143. We are both so close. Weigh in: 147 - that's another pound gone!! This is my long day, I have a night class, so won't get home until 9 or so. The good thing is that I already have two meals fixed and ready to go today. I usually end up having a shake, a low carb bar, or something like that on this day. But, I am prepared for today. Not going to fall into that rut of what is easy to today. Day 5: eggs, pork chop, broccoli, grilled chicken and salad. Already working on the water. The first bottle is half gone. Hoping to get in 3 bottles while at work today, maybe more since I am giving tests in two of my classes, so if need to leave the room it won't be a big deal. Elyssa 220/147/135 12 to go! |

| Beth, we are here for you to rant & rave with. So vent anytime you feel like it. A teacher came into the lounge today and was telling about how her electric went out and she got up late, and then this kid (2nd grade) threw a "sh!t fit" on her. She talked nonstop for about 5 minutes and then she took a deep breath and said, "Boy! I feel a lot better". It really does help to get it off of your chest. Judy, 143!!! The stress is really working on you . Great going!Elyssa, it sounds like you have learned a valuable lesson and are doing a great job to correct it. I vote to start a new thread.
