Hi gang... I'm back from 3+ weeks of travel: Bangkok (Thailand), Ljubjana (Slovenia) and Florence (Italy). I was down to 138 before I left - but since I love 'real' Thai food (rice and palm sugar included) and.... let's face it... 10 days in Tuscany was impossible without the bread (ok, and an occasional gelato)... I'm back to 145. I am hoping that the vacation indulgences will wilt under the strain of the Induction I have just re-started. Thought I'd do a week on Induction (?)

My trouble is that I need help staying responsible to my WOE and this is always a great site to do that with. Anyone out there willing to help me?

I need to post water intake and cals/carbs intake daily and perhaps a once a week weigh in (Mondays?)? I am hoping that after the head cold I've got diminishes I can also add an exercise line in there, too.

Perhaps I should just be posting a journal, but I miss my Spring Flingers and Summer Seeking buddies... and I am definitely more of an interactive poster { I need to know that if I cheat I have to tell the world here }

Any takers? - to post water intakes, cals and carbs daily and weight weekly to help keep us honest? I'll start tonight [ Oct 16 ]

My ultimate goal is 125-128. I leave for Spain on Dec 20 - perhaps my mini goal for then will be 133...

I was wondering where you were. 7 pounds in 3 weeks isn't a bad vacation weight gain. I'll wager 4 or 5 pounds of that is water weight.
I see that you are joining the veterans tracking thread so good luck.

Hey Rachel!! Glad to hear from you! I have fallen so far off the wagon that I had to go get stitches from the crack my head took on my fall. I don't know what happened, but I'm climbing back on as of today. I'm posting my weight, which I hesitated to do before, but i'm with you - I must be held accountable. I haven't been exercising and using every excuse in the book for not doing so. Mainly my kids - we're travling to 3 football games a week since my oldest plays both JV and Varsity (Monday & Friday nights) and the younger DS plays Junior High on Thursday nights. I have to fit it in and today I will - no matter what. When it gets too dark in the morning to get my walk in, I start getting lax.
Let me know if you're coming back here or going to the veterans tracking thread instead.

Rachel how many times in your life are you going on a trip like that ?? You just get back on the wagon now and don't be mad at yourself. I'm at home and can't seem to stick with the program.Just enjoy the memories from your trip.
