OK, folks, believe it or not, it's October!
This month I plan to exercise 6 days a week, with Sundays off. I'm going to be starting the Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle program. It's very similar to Body for Life, it you know that at all.
I'm going to lift weights 3 or 4 days a week, and do cardio 4 days. One day will be a double up day.
Anybody else going to be exercising to make your body a fat-burning machine??

GOING TO THE GYM 3 DAYS A WEEK . 2 DAYS WEIGHT TRAINING AND HALF HOUR CARDIO. AND 1 DAY CARDIO FOR AN HOUR. TOTAL OF 3 DAYS A WEEK. IT FEELS GOOD GOING BACK TO THE GYM, HAVENT BEEN THERE FOR A WHILE. GOOD LUCK EVERYBODY!!
