Hi Everyone!!! This is going to be a Great Challenge!!!Tanya your going to have your hands full, with all the new people that will join the first of the year!!! But I know you can do it!!! Good Luck to you Girl!! Now I dont know what I was Thinking!!(Probable not thinking !!LOL) But I only lose about .05 pounds a week if Im lucky!!! | Thanks golfunit! I have a ways to go before I get down to the last 10 lbs, but I know what you mean. I was at or above 185 for about 6 weeks! Gets a little frustrating! | Well I'm glad the stats don't officially start until the 26th! I am up 2 pounds! Shreek! I am hoping that is a easy fix. Maybe it is newly developed muscle. | Okey-dokey gang! Count me in--- 20 lbs by Valentine's Day! I'm exercising and hoping that my metabolism and thyroid is finally getting straight! I have to do it, ya'll are keeping an eye on me! ![]() So that means, I'll probably be down more by 12/26...I'm not holiday eating as I am spending it quietly with my mom! | ok everyone.....skooch over a bit and make room for me please. Thanks.... I'm in for just 8 lbs. Haven't been able to exercise at all since starting this WOE in June but still lost 57 lbs. Down to 178. Having knee surgery Jan 12 so 8 lbs is pretty realistic for me. Can't wait to join the local Curves after this leg ordeal is over. Mabe than I can get my skin to fit my body!!!! | Sign me up, I am almost half way to my goal weight and I have lost 50 total pounds and I believe 7 or 8 on this one....started late. I would love to loose 15 pounds (is that resonable) by Valentines day. I would actually like to loose more than that, but don't want to get too carried away and blow it by setting my goals too far to be reached. April |

For now I just have the ones you have listed just to fill in the blanks. So you guys just keep on loosing like ya already are with the x-mas challenge... I know I am right there beside you all! ThinJen: Keep in mind that with building muscle the scales are not an acurate source for weight loss. For me..when I started I gained...but then maintained..but lost a BUNCH of inches! So just don't get disapointed. shannon575: Your welcome beak: I'm scootching over for ya and made a spot just for you! Luv2Camp: I know what you mean about afraid of setting to high of a goal! If your worried about it being a relistic goal just take a look at the average loss for a week is and that will give you a good idea for a goal.
