I would like to join your Valentine's Day challenge if that's okay. I'd like to lose 15 pounds by then. That would make me 143. Let's see, stats are 166/158/130. This is a great idea and a good motivating and support system!

golfunit.. try not to worry to much about it. It's the holidays (starting at thanksgiving right up until after x-mas) and looks like many many ppl are having troubles including myself. I know for a fact that I have absoulty no intentions of watching what I eat on x-mas eve, and x-mas day. LOL Just think.. In one week and one day.. the hardest time of the year will be over.
Carolyn in texas: Water is hard for me to get in.. and I should confess that they way I have been getting it in is by crystal light. I can't tell you how sick I am of plan ol' water. LOL I don't do that squeeze of lemon thing..cause I HATE lemone. LOL But last winter.. I drank room temp water because cold water would make me freeze to death! Some ppl even say that drinking green tea is a good way to get water in. Maybe trying that will help you?

Count me in too. I need the extra motivation and accountability.Thank you for doing this. I will say down 14 pounds by Valentines day. That will be so cool. So my stats will be 396/368/175 no thats not right. 368/368/354. Gosh just those numbers would motivate anyone else. Whew!

Alrighty, Tanya. I'm in. I have been in a stall since September - just gaining and losing the same 2-3 pounds over and over. So, put me down for 5 (starting small here). Current stats are 131/131/126.

Cowgirl1973: Do I know you? LOL Just kidding! I think 5 lbs is reasonable because your closing in on your goal weight. Your doing great!
golfunit: I too am a scale-o-holic! Them darn things can make or break my whole day. You would think I would stop doing that to myself.. BUT I JUST CAN'T STOP! LOL Do you have a morning weighing ritual that you go through too? LOL
Jestey: isn't that sooo irritating? well thats ok.. come the day after x-mas (only say that because many don't watch what they eat on holidays.. including myself) you will ditch them 2-3 lbs and see NEW numbers!

YEAH TANYA!!! Woo HOO! Thanks for starting the next challenge
I'll post final stats for starting after the 25th, just in case any weight decides to lose itself as a Christmas present
But my goal is 10 by Valentine's Day--I'm going to go back to induction for a few weeks at New Years. I am at <35 carbs a day and still not losing so I'm going to try to shake up my metabolism a bit, and cross my fingers

Yeehaw..... 1 pound down.... stats for the challenge are now 158/157/130. Hoping that one pound stays away over the next week! Thanks for doing this, it's a great idea!

This challenge doesn't actually start until the 26th...I was just takeing down number to get everything set up on my word document. Maybe you will loose even more before then. Once the 26th is here I will update the stats with the final start stats (which will be what weight your at on the 26th)! and then it's AWAY WE ALL GO! LOL
