| I am thinking of joining this long term challenge - I could say drop another 20 lbs in that time if we start on the 21 of this month and go till the 21 of june that gives us 17 weeks, 4 months plus one week. | Hi to all you Low Carb fans, I see there are some takers out there for this challenge. Im so glad. I would like to start this challenge on Febuary 21 and go until June 21. That gives us 4 months and one week. (If my math is correct). On the 21st everyone can post there start weight, and challenge weight goal. Then I will make a general post on this challenge later that night with everyones stats to make sure they are correct. Anyone wanting to join us is most welcome anytime. I usually dont get to the computer until evening after the kids are in bed, (Im sure some of you can relate) and we will go from there. Just post your weigh ins when ever you want. Sound like a game plan???????? Im excitied!! Heres a question for you guys: When our challenge kicks off, should I start a fresh topic with a better name for our challenge or just stay on this one? | Hi! I am new to this, but would like to get in on the challenge. I have done well with Induction and week 3, but need to really do well for the long haul. I hope to lose more than 20 lbs by June 21, and will be grateful to lose the 20! I have lost 25 lbs the first 3 weeks on Atkins, but know it will slow down now. I think your challenge is just the thing to keep me on track. |

| Slateless, Glad to have you on board. Just post your start weight, and challenge weigh goal on the 21st of this month and we will get this rolling. People usally post when ever they get a minute. I usually weigh myself weekly but everyone does diffrent. Sounds like you have done well so far, lets keep the streak going. Im looking forward to this challenge!!!!!!! Your Host Debbie |
