Question for a moderator

"Challenge Clubs" at Low Carb Diet Support: "Im hosting a challenge and I would like ot know if there is a way to store a list of every ones stats so I can just just copy and paste them when I update ...."

Im hosting a challenge and I would like ot know if there is a way to store a list of every ones stats so I can just just copy and paste them when I update them with out having to type a new list every week. Thanks for any help.

Deb, the easiest way would probably be to keep it as a Word or notepad document on your computer. That way you can upate and copy & paste as needed.

Remember that if you click the "tools" button on the top of the forum, you can print a "printer friendly " version of the thread too.
