Who's up for making a Lent promise (ps you dont need to be catholic/christian to make a promise for this... just set a 40 day goal) not to cheat? 40 days of clean eating... doesnt sound like much but with Paddy's day in the middle and all the Easter candy you could dream of, its bound to be a test of endurance!!! I think i can do it, but i can't go it alone. Let me know if anyone is interested.

Starting today off well. Frittata (don't quite know where those t's go) with zuke and tomatos with a little parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. Darn ... I need to eath things I can spell.

Today will be a killer...bridal shower for my soon-to-be daughter-in-law and then dinner at a friends. She's a big help tho...planning to make tacos and fix it for me as a taco salad minus the chips. I pledge to drink water and be good.

Promises to be a good weekend here in Southern Maryland. Calling for temps in the 60's tomorrow!
