I just started on the forum so I really don't know about the Valentines Day Challenge but would like to do a St. Patrick Day one as it is my birthday and I would like to loose atleast 15 pounds by then. (I am going on vacation the first week in March so I am hoping I can meet this challange)

I'm in! I'm late on the others and feel this is a great time to start.

That's 6 weeks away. I'm aiming for 18 to 20 pounds gone.

Since I am not in on the V-Day challenge, I don't feel a need to wait and start until V-Day. I would be thrilled to go down 1 lb/week for a total of 6 lbs. (after all 1 lb/week = 50 lbs/year. I will be at my goal after about 35-40 lbs.) So let's start with whoever wants to now, and then welcome any one else who wants in later.

Okay, I started yesterday also. I'm not sure quite what to do, but....

Right now I weigh 232 and would like to weigh 217 by St. Patrick's Day. So lets get started!!!!

Ok I will start now, I would like to loose 6 lbs by St. Patties. Can I reserve the right to up my challenge between now and then depending on progress? Hah, what kind of Diet or eating plan is every one doing?
Ive been doing Adkins for nearly 3 weeks!

Debslowcrbn, I am doing the Atkins and have been since October 20th. My starting weight in October was 270 and now I am at 231. It will be great to have you in the challenge. Thanks for joining. You most certainly can up your challenge whenever you want...I know you can do it and more!!!

I'm in.. i wont be weighing my self untile day befor Vdaychal is over.. but my goal is to loose at least 15,
