When I started LCE this time around, I couldn't remember the name of the type of LCE style I intended to stick to but I think it must have been KISS.

Goal is to stick to the outside edges of the grocery story and eliminate those "legal" snacks and dishes that inevitably send me over the edge. However, I don't KISS 100 percent of the time. I do add red wine and some dairy (cheese and low-carb yogurt).

Hmmm, I Kiss but with red wine and cheese.

I've got it. I French KISS!

Pongie!

My LC style of eating has always been very pure and wholesome food, though with dairy. Though I think KISSing all the way will be most beneficial to my stall. After Kiss, cheese and cream can be added back in one at a time, giving your body time to adjust to them and see if it stalls you.

Its a good way to "trouble shoot" your menu and ge you back to food in it's most natural form.

i'm interested ... but not sure i'd be able to do it.
i can't get to those websites (kit) b/c of work firewalls.
can you provide some more details (rules, things to exclude, etc)?
i'm pretty reliant on coffee, cream and splenda. this could be tough.

*kit, you and i are stuck at the same weight ... i have been here FOREVER. body doesn't want to give up my last 10-12!!! grrrr.

What is KISS?

KISS is a very strict, healthy form of lowcarbing-we basically eat real meats, eggs, unlimited low-med carb veggies, and some added fats and spices.

We avoid all dairy, processed meats, artificial sweeteners, and added chemicals.

By following this eating plan, you remove many foods that you may have "intolerance" to, or may cause your weight loss to stall.

that basicly sums it up.. was first few paragraphs in the page

OK, I'm very afraid of this, but I'm in! I'm KISSING!
This is a good thing since I am single and not dating anyone right now...at least I am kissing in some form or fashion! I already ate 2 little lc candies, but I'm starting right now anyway! Easter is 3 weeks 2 days, this should be a great way to re-motivate and get back on track!
thanks!!

hey kissers! How goes it? I didn't do so great this weekend. Dressing and cheese is my downfall. Even if I have some of those things, I will not have low carb junkfood, tortillas, chips, etc.
How's everyone else doing?
