| Memorial/Victoria Day Challenge!!!!!! Good morning every one! I hope you all have had a wonderful Easter! I know I sure did! Maybe a little to wonderful! LOL As you know summer is getting closer with every day that passes! (YES!) For the U.S. Memorial Day marks the beginning of summer. Of course it is also a day of remembering those who have fallen for our country! It is on May 31st this year. As for Victoria Day it is celebrated in Canada on May 24th. It is Celebration of the birth of Queen Victoria. I am not sure if it is used to mark summer there as well.. but we will use as such on this challenge. lol So in our LC world we are going to use these two Holidays to set goals, and to challenge ourselves. When the days arrive we will celebrate as well, with smaller, healthier selves! Since these days two holidays are 1 week from each other we will set an end date right in the middle. May 29th! This is also going work out good because many people are gone for the entire holiday weekend (usually I am one of them). So that means we have 6 weeks and 3 days! Most of you have done a challenge, but for the new ones this is how it works. You post what your current weight is...how many pounds you want to loose, and I take it from there. You then post when ever you want, as to how much you have lost. There is no set weigh in day! So let the challenge BEGIN!!!!!

| OK sign me up....7 weeks until Memorial Day..right? I still can't believe I made my Easter goal...figured I'd still be at 174-175. Anyway...I'm going to try for 10 lbs this time. That way if I go over it's gravy. With the way I seem to sit at certain weights for weeks at a time 10 is a good 'doable' number. So my stats are: 170/170/160

| OK, count me in on this challenge. I made my Easter goal, and then gained two pounds. I'm at 142 now, and I want to lose 10 pounds by Memorial Day.

| Alright... well I had set a "birthday Challenge" for myself, but seeing as there is now a Memorial Day Challenge and my birthday is 2 days after the holiday... I'm going to jump on this challenge for a bit of accountability. So here's my challenge goal: 222/222/190 ~OR~ Body Fat 43.2/43.2/27.0 Body fat really plays a big role for me because of my weight lifting so I"m going to use it as a goal for the Memorial Day Challenge on top of the weight loss goal. Not to mention 27% is only 10% away from my final goal! TO THE HOST OF THIS CHALLENGE: When you are posting the list, don't worry about my BF % stats, I'll keep them posted on my profile. Thanks!! |

| Count me in as well! I seem to be losing only 0.5 - 1.0/week lately...so put me down for 7 lbs by Memorial Day, and maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised if there's more gone! Thanks for hosting Tanya! Ang 251.5/251.5/244.5

| For the past 2 challenges I haven't met my goal for various reasons so I'm hoping third time is charm. Please put me down to lose 5 pounds because that is really attainable and if I lose more I will be psyched. That will bring my stats to: 201.5/196.5/160.
