| Celeste--you go!! Dump all those too big clothes--I now have about 15 items in my closet and while I miss having lots of choices it is nice to have ones the fit and look really nice on!!!!

| Down another .5 lbs to 147.5 this morning. I watch my carbs (of course), I exercise at least 5 times a week- toning tables and cardio and I drink no less that 120 oz of water each day, I also take a multi vitamin and the omega 3,6 & 9 fatty acid suplement. Normally I am pretty slow too, but I am working a summer job this summer at the High School cleaning and I am taking around 20,000 steps a day so that is about 7 miles a day plus my exercise at the gym. Plus stress is pretty high right now, which isn't helping.

| holy moly, april! you GO, girl! now i'm really slacking lately, and i see you burning up the tracks and know i'd better get BUSY! lol it's kind of funny. i find that when i'm doing all the stuff i need to be doing in my life, the weight stuff kind of "snaps" into place, too. when i'm on top of things. and i've been lazy lately! oh well, recess is over. time to get SER-e-us.

| I am down 1/2 lb since last Friday--good grief as good as last week was this one is going terrible! But so are my eating choices by dinner time--so much for the induction resolve--gotta buckle down this week again!

| Welcome Celest, Drgnfly. You will find good support here. My minor success is I survived a large family gathrering last night at which there were huge amounts of food- pastas, potatoes, sugary fruits, desserts all readily available. I stuck to my WOE and had roast beef, salad, rasberries, and lots of water. I was the only one not having a piece of icecream cake. And I didn't gain a thing overnight!! I also spent 20 minutes on the stairmaster this morning, then swam for another 20 minutes. Stay the course. We can do it! Howard |

| oh man this is incredible, i have lost another lb and whats really amazing is its in the middle of my tom. i was not expecting a loss, maybe even a gain. i think it was that 4 mile walk after i had strength training that morning, wow. well now i have 8 lbs to goal.

| Ok, what is really going on here, woke up this morning and another one is history and im still in my tom. now that leaves me 7 lbs to goal, that goal is looking more and more obtainable. Im gonna have to try that 4 mile walk again, it wore me out, but the rewards are definetly worth it. Today is supposed to be my splurge day, but i may just pass on it after this, but then again i dont want to deprive myself of my weekly treat day, maybe I'll just continue as usual, its worked great for me so far. start weight 302 goal start 249 current 247 goal to reach 240 lbs to goal 7

| No movement on the scale here. Kind of sad about that- Nothing has changed in over 20 days:(. Ok there has been minor movement- I keep seing a rare visit from 206, then right back to 208 the next morning! Talk about frustrating.Not sure what the reason is~frustrated but not even close to ready to give up. Amy G |

| happy news this morning - 197, not 197.5, but 197. After the scare several days ago of seeing that d**n 200.5 again, I've been at induction for several days. Going to finish this weekend (maybe, maybe not). It has been quite satisfying and I could probably go another week and restart on Atkins (after Curves) again. I am feeling good, started TOM yesterday. May stay at induction level another week (yesterday was a little off) - just in hopes of actually meeting a challenge goal.
