| yep lol! I am finally down another pound, I strayed the way of cheating so i could be a size 12 by my birthday which is at the end of july, My weight today is 203 205/203/150 |

| I'm down another pound this week to 225....I think I might make 223 or 222 by the end of the challenge....just a tad shy of my goal....but thats ok...I'm going down and I'm only 2 pounds away from losing a total of 40 pounds...This is the lowest weight I've been in like 12 years. Hope everyone has a good weekend. |

| Hello all! Yes, I'm still here! The past few weeks have just been hectic! I got my motorcycle license last weekend so I'm a very excited little girlie!! I get my bike hopfully in the next few weeks!! :jump: Anyway, I've been toying between 166.5-169.5 for the past few weeks, but finally this morning I weighed in at 165.5. Hopefully I can start an exersize routine today, I sprained my ankle about 3 weeks ago, so badly even the doc thought it was broken until the x-ray results came back!!! It still hurts but I think I can do some pilates floor work and not aggrivate my ankle too much. Wish me luck, cuz now there's only 8 days left to get 4.5 pounds off...doubt I'll get it but I'm sure gonna try! Good luck to all in the "home stretch"

| I'm still stuck at 230 but still feeling good. Well, I'll eventually get down the the 20's. Exercise, water and pills aren't working. Took out dairy, then nuts and still can't figure it out. This is a way of life anyways - went back to induction, nothing. Plateau is a good one this time. I'll just keep working hard. I'm in good health now because of this diet with good energy so can't beat that! |

| That other pound came back off, so I'm sitting at 232. I've gotta drop 7 pounds in the next 8 days to meet my goal....I hope I lose at least half of that next week. I was supposed to meet a couple of ladies from my group to go walk, but it keeps raining on and off! Maybe I should get in there and dig out my Denise Austin workout tape. I'll check in later...

| Down to 205. Looks like I wont make goal. Apparently I have become a card carrying member of the glacier club! At this rate of a pound or two a month It should take me....oh...about 25 months to reach my final goal..... Amy G |

| Hay every one! Got excellent news this morning when I stepped on the scales! I hit 157!!! Thats 2 more lbs gone! Now something funny I thought I would share about yesterday! Last night I had my cousin who is here from WI and another friend that my dh works with over to have a bon-fire with me and hubby. Decided that for once I am going to drink.... mind you I have not drank anything in abouuuuut 3 years .. at least! So of course 3 years ago I weighed a lot more. So ok.. anyways.. I figured ok.. it will prolly stall my weight loss for a couple days or so.. no biggy. I had also had a passing thoughts in the back of my mind of other on here saying that they drink less and get ripped. Just kinda poo poo'ed it off.. thinking .. ah.. well could possible make that much difference after this much weight loss. Well let me tell you what... it DOES and what they said IS ALL TRUE! I had 1 glass of wisky and diet pepsi.. mine you it was like a double shot of wisky... with about 20oz of pepsi. (BIG CUPS..lol) Well I didn't drink fast or anything (started drinking at about 10pm...but after 1 glass... I was very buzzed.... but after my 4th... I couldn't walk! LOL Great news is .. no hang over... and 2lbs gone! LOL I don't know if you guys are like me.. but when I drink..I pee and pee and pee! Maybe that was it! LOL Or it could be that we were all jumping on the trampoline for hours and hours laughing and having fun. And there was no fatalities .. imagine that! Ok.. I didn't jump much cause I had a hard time standing. ... let alone jump! LOL Didn't end up making it to bed until 5:30 AM. I had such a great time...but I don't think I will be doing that any time soon again. LOL

| That &%*# pound showed up again! So, I've been trying to be on a "weekday" schedule today and increasing my water. I even got my walking buddy to meet me after the meeting today for a walk at the park. Not as much fun as Tanya had, but hopefully as effective. Where do you live and when's the next par-tay?! LOL

| tanya-that whole alcohol thing is true, and it's way more than the weight difference. i went to my hs reunion this week and friend brought me some micelob ultras. shoe-whee! i took a couple hours at perkins (with another thoughtful friend driving) and some steak and eggs to mellow for the drive home. oh yeah...saw some old friends at the reunion, some of whom have battled weight issues, eh? we look at each other..."low carb?" we ask each other. of course! my buddy is down 80 pounds! i am so proud of her...and me, too, of course. i just love this woe...

| DRUM ROLL PLEASE......... As of this morning i now weight 240lbs, which puts me at my July 4th challenge goal with 5 more days to go. I am absolutely astounded that I have lost 6lbs in the last 9 days, this is the most weight i have lost in such a short period of time since ive been doing this WOE, didnt lose this much during the 2 week induction period. Increasing my workout schedule has done wonders. Good luck to everyone and congratulations to all who've met their goal so far.

| Goddess: I am really glad you had a good time at the HS reunion! Now you can keep in touch with some of your old friends and have even more LC support! Oh..and I bet your a blast when your drinking!!!! lol Personaly I am not going to be any more drinking for a quite a while again! I'll keep it a ONCE and a while thing! I don't wanna take to many chance on messing up my weight loss .. good grief its going slow enough as it is! LOL

| tanya-i'm not a big drinker myself, and after going lc, even less so since it mucks with me pretty easily, being a full-fledged member of the "cheap date club" now. WHOO HOOO celeste and lil-butt!!! i don't know if i'm actually going to make goal or not...or more specifically, by 7/4. i do know that i WILL make the goal, just not when. but this challenge has been a lot of fun!
