| I'm gonna have to up my workouts! Went to the movies yesterday, and ate some Goobers and Red Vines. Going again today, no guarantee that I will not have more junk. Don't feel tooo bad, as it was my choice, and as goddess says, its not like my a** isn't gonna know about it! lol I have been working out consistantly tho, so the damage shouldn't be terrible. This is not a diet, but a woe, so I try to "allow" myself occasional indulgences. :-) Hope y'all are doing good on your goals! |

| I am going to be off line for about a week, because I am making a MAJOR move... so please everyone... have a great holiday and hope when I log on again I see LOTS of loss!!! | This morning I am down to 181--I will hold to the 168 goal for this challenge, but I think I am getting a bit ambitious with my upcoming vacation--a better goal might be to not gain anything the month I am at mom's!!! Maybe this challenge and the first day of summer challenge will keep me at least working to lose some every week. . .maybe!!!

| cynthia-you're cracking me up over here...the funny thing i've noticed about those indulgences, too. giving in to them occassionaly pretty much saps the power from them altogether for me. if i don't feel like i "can't" have 'em, i don't want them nearly as much. |
