| I'd like to join in on this challenge. I didn't do so great on the last one. Still hanging at 170, but am ready to buckle down and get with it. I'd like to see 160 before July 4. 170/170/160

| I'm not claiming it yet, but the scale said 199.5 this morning. twice. I'll claim it for sure on Thursday if it is still there. but this is the first time I have seen that ONE in the first position. ** I'm not getting excitied, I'm not getting excited **

| Ok.. not going to look at the scales today! I did fairly well friday, saturday and sunday... I didn't go over my on my carbs...but ate pretty high cal. I normaly do that for 2 days on the weekend to keep my body guessing. How ever it turned into 3 days..until ... YESTERDAY! ACK! We were out and about and I got to hungry and by the time I got home I was ready to even raid the dog dish (ok.. not quite that desperate.LOL) but ended up ordering pizza and cheese sticks! Of course..then had ice cream (not the lc kind). So not going to look at them darn scales until friday.. errrr at least try not to. ok.. maybe thats being to hard on myself. Maybe just a couple days of not looking! LOL How did every one elses holiday weekend go? Mary Kay.. I hope you see 199 tomorrow! I know how exciting it was for me when I hit that new decade! Keeping my fingers crossed for you!!

| No loss to report or gain except bloating and water weight :(. Good ol TOM came to visit and is here to stay until next monday :crying:. I found some sugar free low carb candy at Wally World ( Wal-Mart) this weekend and man is it good. I had to look because like many other people when TOM comes around I need chocolate. My favorite are the Chocolate covered peanuts. The chocolate bars are good but they are almost to rich. Hope everyone had a great weekend.

| It will stick Mary Kay! I remember that feeling too!!! GOtta love it!!! I was good yesterday with the help of something weird going on in the intestinal areas, not feeling bad, just not right--I think it is fresh fruits cleanign house--don't feel like a flu or virus type issue, just not like normal--anyway, I ate nice and healthy yesterday with my only off plan item a 25 cal 5 carb frozen fruit bar from Breyers. They are good--but they have 2 sugar alcohol grams in them--may not be able to stoamach then either--sugar alcohols make a mess of my insides too! I am hovering right now around 181--hoping to get into the 170's this week!

| Slatelee, May I join your 4th of July challenge, if it is not too late? I find that I stay the course much better when I have short term challenges to keep me focused. | Well, even though I didn't want to I rode 7 miles on my exercise bike. Great way to start June! I hope that I am soon to get off this plateau and get closer to my goals! Last month I lost 5 pounds in a big whoosh right away the first week. A big loss in one week and then that was it. Been about 20 days now and hope to see another whoosh soon in a week when TOM leaves. Wish me luck! |

| Man, what a week! Movies on the weekend (with candy and popcorn), then at dd's girl scout meeting I inhaled 6 chocolate-chip cookies! *sigh* And, man, did my a** notice!! I am up 4 #'s. What goes up, must (MUST) come down!!! Time to kill the cravings monster! Off to the (home) gym!! |

| No loss to report today. I was hoping that after my camping trip that I would be able to see some movement on the scale. But NO! Really I am not upset about it, I would just like to see something move. I am happy however that it did not move upwards instead. I walked A LOT during our little trip but I did not drink my usual 300 oz of water a day so maybe I just need to ease that water back in to see the scale move.... Interestingly- my scale read the exact same weight last night as it did this morning. That has never happened before. Maybe something will be moving soon???? Anyway- happy losing to all! Amy G |

| Amy G - I noticed that whenever I can't help myself and jump on the scale in the evening and it's the same as it was in the morning, the next morning usually shows some downward movement since we weigh less in the mornings...USUSALLY! So good luck!

| No loss to report thanks to TOM. No gain either. Is walking and riding a bike enough to flatten my belly or do I need more in my workout? Oh, and I do an aerobics (spelling?) video called Walk Away The Pounds.
