| Hi guys, I am new and I would like to make a challenge. I would like to lose 10lbs by July 4 and by the time school starts I want to be in shape and know that I used this summer wisely to become the most healthy and in shape that I can be. If anyone would like to accept this challenge with me I would do my best to help you and I would love some advice and help from you. Let's do this together and start being proud of ourselves knowing that we can do what we set our minds to. weight - 137 goal - 125 Let's do this together!!!!!! Crystie |
