I walked only 2 miles yesterday. The heat here is just unbearable.
I did my weight workout yesterday though and this morning my abs are killing me.

Barb - You know those guys that stand om medians with signs that say - LL WORK FOR FOOD - Maybe they really will. LOL - just make sure other peopel are home if you actually do this. Edwards was good as far as he went but he only was senator one term.

Seesko - 2 miles is respectable!

Today has been too hectic to get a walk in. My dad got a machine with a compressor for his lungs and I had to help him figure out how to use it. damn thing came with 3 instuction booklets and a video. But no instructions on how much of the two types of medication to use. I di get in my half mile dog walk and gave both dogs a bath while I was down at the creek. Am going to vacuum and dust this 2600 sq foot home (less the space of the 2 car garage) clean 3 bathrooms and mop all flloors starting today and finishing tomorrow. Maybe I'll get a short walk in tonight but I won't promise anything.

Rob, are you suggesting I get some yardwork help???? I did that once (but it wasn't for food, it was for a purchase from the local liquor store..............NEVER again!!!!) I thinks I will just slave along myself. Besides, it really gets me active.

I don't trust ANY politicians, but things have got to change, ya know?

The irony here is that they're being sued by Woody Guthrie's estate for using the tune to "this land is my land" without permission. He's probably spinnin about his estate's lawyers trying to shut down a free speech thingy. LOL!

Rob...are you talking about a nebulizer? You can clarify with your dad's MD, but they usually combine 1 vial of each of the meds per treatment (is he on albuterol and atrovent?) pm me if you have any questions, maybe I can help

Tara - Yes, a nebulizer. We finally did figure out that you use of one each vial of albutrin and I don't recall the other one. Now the problem is my dad woke up with terriffic pain in half his body. Any info on that?
What a cute dog. reminds me a bit of sophie. And one sophie is ENOUGH! LOL

I have no time for a walk today except with the dogs. But I have spent 5 hours so far cleaning. Jackie left me a list of things I could do for extra money but it's up to me if I want to do them. So I'm doing as many as I can. well back to work.

Music but no pic, huh? You really need the movie to go with it. Do you have any sort of "accelerator" or other thingy that might interfere with graphics? If so, can you disable it? If not, do you have the most recent flash player? (from macromedia - think they're free)

Other than that, it might just be that you hit it during a busy period. Their site's almost crashed a few times, from traffic.

Oh I LOVE bagpipes Tara!!! What a cute doggie!!!! Poor thing. I can't watch the pet rescue shows on Animal Planet anymore, it's just too heart breaking.

I haven't tried that website yet, Maggie but I will surely try it later. Thanks!!!!

Maggie - Tried again this morning and got the picture and no sound. I updated my quicktime player and will try again when it isn't prime time.

This is sophie as a puppy. Sort of similar to that poor stray. I hope he gets a good home.

Rob, I don't think quicktime is going to help you here. If you go to www.macromedia.com and download the latest version of Flash Player, that ought to take care if it.

I just hit the site and had no problems. The site does not seem very busy at the moment.
