| hey all ... wasn't going to work out last nite, as i went to the 'burbs to have dinner w/ the fam. but b/c i am obsessed gregg, glad you stopped by! cannot believe you are down to 165!!!! HOLY COW! how low will he go???? shannon, hope the new job is going really well! once you feel more settled in, you'll be able to figure out your workout schedule - always a challenge! later.

| Swam my mile this am and about 5 min of cool down toning.... got up a little late and didn't have enough time to do all my after swim exercises.... ok tho

| Dragging DD out to the pool this afternoon--will also try to get to the Y this evening for a good swim--if not then I will swim laps at the complex pool. . .I will leisure swim this afternoon and hit the weight room this evening for about 30 minutes no matter where I do my laps tonight! I need to keep working on my arms and find something that will tone the darned abs better than what I am now doing which is precious little!

| Shannon, I've found that early am work out works best for me. If I put it off till evening, too many things seem to pop up and get in the way. Huskers, good going with the weights and the ab work! Carolyn, way to hang in there and good for you finding something that works for you. Hey, whatever it takes right? Carrie, your consistency is great!

| Oh, this is major 'crank it up' week for me as far as tennis goes. Played last Sunday, last night, tonight again (make up class) and have plans to play agin Sunday. I know I couldn't do this with my old body! I can't tell you how great it feels to be able to do this! A lot of hard work is paying off! And I feel on top of the world!

| NMo workout tonight--I needed it too--spent the day moping and feeling grumpy and then had to go get DH from work becasue his car is in the shop--lower intake gasket leaking water/coolant and the drivers side hub assembly is going bad--at least 500 to fix after 800+ last month on the ignition, air conditioner and diagnostics on the coolant leak

| hey all, sorry to hear about the car trouble!!! i HATE those unexpected repairs and expenses!! anyway, i took last nite off from exercise, too. wasn't feeling well and needed a day of rest. will hit the gym tonite though .... have a great weekend!

| No exercise the last three days here--BAD BAD BAD--lack of motivation is the issue--have to find a way to force myself to get back into it! It will come--jsut takes time to get out of the funk I ma in right now--Things are looking up though.
