| I'm still working hard but am still at a plateau. Getting tiring saying that but the day will come when I've plateau'd at 130 instead of 230 now I'm sure. Lots of hugs to everyone! |

| I seem to be back to 178 pretty solid--hoping to break that 5 week plateau in the next two weeks though--trying to get my focus back onlosing instead of maintaining! I seem to be doing that nicely thoguh!

| I've been hanging around at 230/231 for the last 2 weeks....I'm ready to see another "2" in my numbers! I'm gonna keep on keepin' on. Even if I only lose 2 pounds a month, I'm healthier, thinner 'cuz I'm walking, and I'll be at least 12 pounds lighter by the end of this year! So, if losing 2lbs./month is all I can do, then it beats GAINING! Later!

| I am down 2 lbs to 234.5 - I'm with ya Maxibee, it sure would be nice to see another 2 in the numbers...someday soon! Sounds like everyone is doing great-one day at a time. :great: |

| OK this past week has been the first time in several months that I haven't done well and can I tell you just how yucky I feel!?!?! I'm all bloated and puffy and my stomach hurts and I'm just one cranky little girl! No wonder I enjoy this WOL so much, I don't feel like dog poo all the time! I'm not going near a scale, I'm just gonna go back on induction for 3 or 4 days and then get back to normal.

| I am at 245 this morning. Still not a whole lot more energy, but my it is hot here in Arkansas. Not many of us that are feeling our selves. Really difficult week, also, so that has zapped my energy. Still better than I was feeling a couple of weeks ago and 10 lbs less. I'll take it. Last edited by louieb; 07-18-2004 at 02:36 PM. |

| I am down to 176.5 this morning. That makes my stats 180.5/176.5/168. I do have to do something about my abs--If I could miraculously have them disappear I would stop dieting all togetehr--my waist is acceptable--but my belly still looks huge to me though it is much smaller than when I started--it was like 51 inches around wehn I s tarted and as of this morning is 40.5 inches around. I do still have 45 lbs to go too though! OH well, celebrate the successes--down 1 more pound.

| I was geting tired of seeing 230/231 on the scale for so long, so I had a planned cheat yesterday. Trying to shake things up a bit. Yes, I was up a pound today, but back on plan immediatley, instead of many days later! There's still time for me to lose some before this challenge is over, so we'll see what happens.

| Scale read 201 this morning. Guess the 199 was a fluke. I am hoping to get there by next week. I am camping next weekend. I am going to try to walk at least 2 times this week. Things have been tough in the exercise department My husband works third shift and has been working mega overtime so I have been home alone with the kids no way to go walking unless I leave them alone. Since I dont feel like getting arrested I didnt walk. I guess that it may be back to the videos for a while. Maybe I should set a goal to do that 4 times this week. Ok that is what I will do I will do a video 4 times. Maybe stating it here will force me to do it! Amy G |

| Awe Amy, I know how you feel. I was thinking, for sure I'd be 199 by today, but alas, I am back to 201. That is still a 1lb loss for last week, though. Also, TOM should be any minute, so I am hoping by next week or at least by Aug 1, I will be under 200. But it sure felt good seeing the 200 that one day! Tina, can you change my stats to reflect the 1lb loss last week? It is now 205/201/195

| WEll today I am down 3 pounds I haven't really been staying with the plan like i should have but I am definitely going to stick with it now here are my stats 213/210/160 labor day challenge 213/210/150 long term challenge I really believe I can lose this much if I stick with the plan and exercise and drink my water My arms are big and so are my legs and I want to be back to my size again. I lose weight fast so I believe I can achieve this goal if I try a little harder and start lifting weights to tone my muscles and start walking more. |
