| Thanks everyone! Today I saw 198.0 so I will make the 199 legal! New stats 205/199/195 If I see 198 tomorrow, I will change them again! :o I have been stuck around 201-203 for the last 3 months or so, so it feels great to finally be dropping some again!

| Congrats Cindi! I hope to join you on the other side by the end of the year! Ya'll are NOT going to believe this: I was down yet ANOTHER pound this morning! I was hoping for that 228 again so I could claim it! LOL! Then, through my fingers, I looked down and saw...??? what is that?? a 7? Oh, 227! I weighed again to be sure! The funny thing is, I am "grazing" so I feel like I'm eating more, but I'm really not. And, like Amy mentioned about the green stuff, I've been trying to get my 5-a-day, so that helps, I'm sure. I'm claiming the 228, but not the 227 yet. I'm still not used to being in this decade! Take care, everyone.

| Haven't checked in in a few days. Lots of work at the end of the month for me. Still at 245. Had sugar (cookie) yesterday and felt so badly physicially. You would think I would learn after a while. Had a work mate that just insisted one little cookie could not, would not do harm. WRONG!!! Feel better today, though. No sugar. Now if the weight will just cooperate. |

| As I got on the scale this morning, I was praying, please let it be 198-199, please let it be 198-199... Well, it was 197.5 :jumpgreen ! I am thrilled...and want to change my stats again to 205/198/150 :o Thanks everyone! Congrats Maxibee, Amy and Tina!

| I reweighed in since TOM is here. In my own little world, even though I had cheated for weeks, I am going to blame any pound gain on TOM. Well, good news! I am at 232! I'm so glad I'm back on the diet and maybe I'll finally get to that new decade! I've been stuck at 230 for months before I finally gave up. Have a good one! |

| Oh my Maxi, are you serious about the 230's, maybe thats why my weight is just dancing around on me, i have never had fluctuations like im having right now. It's good to know that its the 230's syndrome, i cant wait to get the next decade then. im a scaleaholic, but these fluctuations have me not want to weigh for a while. and its usually with in a 1-3 lb range. Oh well i will just hang in there and wait out i guess.

| C-I know how you and Heather feel, believe me! I got down to 230 last year and got NO LOWER!! Then, I regained some, got back on plan, got serious and have been peeling off these pounds, not shedding...peeling. Shedding is something that is shaken off easily....peeling takes more effort! First, I got back under 240 (a weekend trip to see my best bud scored me 5 extra pounds!). Then, it took me right at 2 months to go from 240 to 227. I was 228 today and I'll tell you all why:1) I ate dinner too late last night (8:30) 2) I overdid dessert, even tho it was l/c 3) I didn't get in all my water for the day 4) I didn't go walking like usual (rain) and 5) I did not get enough sleep. I guess I should be thankful it was only a 1 pound regain! I hadn't claimed 227 anyway, since I only saw it once. You can do it! I wobbled back and forth between 230 & 231 for over 2 weeks until I finally broke through! But I did not let my frustration send me to the pantry! I just decided to stay on plan and show these fat cells who's boss. I still have 6 pounds to lose before this Challenge is up. I've never met a Challenge goal yet, so I really want to do it this time! My best wishes to you all. I hope both Celeste and Heather can join me in the 220's soon so we can head to the "teens" together!

| Well, only 0.5 lb loss this week, but that is sure better than previous weeks, which showed nothing. I have really laxed in the exercise department since my kids finished school for summer vacation. This week I finally have gotten back with it, so maybe I'll see some results of that soon. | I had a really good day today! A friend of mine brought over a papa murphy's pizza that you cook in the oven. It was payment for watching her kid the other night well she went to the movies. Anyways, she left to get her husband well I cooked it. I ate a salad and made my husband swear he wouldn't tell so she wouldn't feel bad since I was on a diet. When she got back she didn't know I didn't eat it but it was victory for me and a night off of cooking for the family as well. I'm so proud of myself and I think my husband is to as he gave me a nice smile. I was actually going to cheat but I've come so far this week getting back on track and it isn't worth it. |

| Heather- good for you! Way to hang in there in the face of temptation! Cindi- it's not silly! Or maybe it is and I'm silly too! It took me so long to get out of the 230's that I changed mine to 229, then to 228....I claim every single one of them! After all, if you see it 2 days in a row, you're "allowed" to claim it, according to the unwritten law! LOL!

| Maxibee and Cindi- I too have yet to meet a challenge. I would love to meet this one and then some! I am still at 199 but TOM is due which is typically when I lose so maybe I will be that much closer to goal soon....I only have 4 pounds to go! I think we can do it....NO I know we can do it! Amy G |
