| Labor Day, the first Monday in September, is a creation of the labor movement and is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American workers. It constitutes a yearly national tribute to the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of our country. This Labor Day, why not concentrate on working on a better you? Low carbing makes me feel better, gives me more energy, and improves my overall health. | Right now, I am trying to shake about 3lbs I have put on this weekend 205/205/195

| Count me in as well! I just love these challenges; they keep me honest knowing I have to check in with progress or otherwise. Put me down as 236.5/236.5/226.5 - I'll try for 10 lbs by Labor Day. Like Cindi, I have put on a few lbs this weekend as well. They shouldn't be there for long though. Thanks Tina! |

| Hi everyone. I am joining this challenge, hopng to loose 10lbs. It is going to difficult me at this time because I am on steroid for my illness and refuse to let it control me. 175/175/165 goal 225/175/145 final goal |

| Hey Everyone! I'm going to shoot to lose 7 pounds by Labor Day. I know I must have gained a couple of pounds over this weekend but I'm going to use my signature weight as a stepping off point. My stats are: 197/197/190. It's back to water, water, water and writing down everything I eat. . . .

| Yeah, I re-read my post and thought it was confusing. Lets make my stats for this challenge 205/205/195. That way, when I shake these few pounds, it will make me think at least I've gotten SOMEWHERE! ![]()

| I keep joining these challenges and not making my goals...I'm either aiming too high (low?) or something! So, I just keep joining and keep trying! I'm at 232 today. Labor Day is exactly 9 weeks away as of today. If I could lose (and keep off!) 1 pound every week, that's 9 pounds....make it 10! So, my stats will be as follows:232/232/222. I hope I do better on this challenge! When do weigh in? Any certain day or just whenever? Thanks, Tina!

| Count me in for this challenge! On my way to work this morning, I was thinking that I wish someone would start a Labor Day challenge! I totally fell of the wagon in June and gained 6 lbs so, for this challenge, I want to loose these 6 lbs plus 4 more for a total of 10 lbs. My stats for this challenge are: 191/191/181
