Hello all ...I just wanted to challenage all of us to a 19 wk workout chall. Im going away in November and would like to be in better shape & weight. You can do any program that works for you (eating/workout) that you like . Just report every Monday with weight. 1st weight in is 7/12 Also please to help keep this updated so we dont forget to add any one ex week. T hanks and good luck! P.S FEEL FREE TO SHARE ANY TIPS,FEELING DURING WEEK ETC.. THIS IS NOT JUST FOR WEIGHT IN'S!! WE ARE HERE TO HELP EACH OTHER GET TO OUR GOALS!! God blees. pkdad
