 Hi Have some questions I am a type 2 diabetic. I have been having fasting blood sugar readings in the 130's, but if I watch what I eat during the day they stay really well like 110, 109, so forth, thats 2 hours after eating. I take metformin 500 mgs twice a day. What would make my fasting readings high. Should I eat a snack at night or what?  |
