Exclamation blood sugar drop

I'm sorry to bother all of you but my fiance has diabetes and this morning when he woke up his blood sugar was 191 so he ate some turkey and cheese so he could take his pills (he has congestive heart failure as well) and a little over an hour later he was throwing up and his blood sugar had dropped to 83 can you all tell me anything about why that would happen

First of all, you should know that we are NOT DOCTORS and CANNOT and will not give you medical advice.

Your fiance needs to consult his physician ASAP.

EVERYONE -- especially those with pre-existing health conditions as serious as your fiance's -- should read up extensively on this way of eating (or any diet for that matter) before beginning and should inform their doctor(s) of their decision beforehand. This way of eating can seriously affect blood sugar/insulin levels and should NEVER be attempted without a doctor's knowledge & supervision. It's very possible that your fiance's meds need to be adjusted now that he is eating LC, but that can only be determined by his endocrinologist and cardiologist!
Good Luck & please keep us posted,

As always, when there is a post that seems to indicate a serious medical condition, the thread is being closed.
