Default Bitter Melon Tea - FOOD SUPPLEMENTS

Hi everyone. I Just want to share something. I noticed that there are a lot of threads about food supplements having questions like is it effective or not or questions of the sort. Honestly, at first, I have been skeptic. Back then I only relied on meds and thinking of food supplements does not even cross my mind until a few months back when a friend convinced me to try one. Saying what have I got to lose? With that in mind, and opening myself to other stuff, tried what my friend told me and did some research of my own. What she recomended me work a bit but I think I stumbled on to something better (personally speaking) a bitter melon tea. After taking it for a month I have noticed that my blood sugar has improved. I can safely say that they work its only a matter of finding out which one works for you the best. Of course, this is my personal experience and my two cents about food supplements.

P.S.
I also found out that there are studies on the bitter melon having properties of lowering you blood sugar levels.

Well, it was a sales job, ( ) but I didn't want to remove it completely.

Bitter melon (in various ways) has been used by the natives in the south american rain forest area as a medicinal for a long time and some preliminary studies seem to confirm that it does have some ability to lower blood sugar. We need more studies to see just what sort of preparation and in what amounts might be useful.

So, it's an interesting substance that bears watching.

Glad you bear no grudge, Iris.

We have terms of use for the board which include things which look like advertising. Our webmaster would be happy to provide a rate card for any company that wishes to advertise on this site.

But you are correct about the properties of bitter melon that are still being investigated.

Many could be interested in the substance ... if not the product.
