| I found it to be very informative, not too medically technical, for those of us who have to have things explained in the simplest terms in order to grasp them. Blood Sugar 101 There's a nice overview, and then various topics: You Did NOT Eat Your Way to Diabetes! How To Get Your Blood Sugar Under Control What is a Normal Blood Sugar? Research Connecting Organ Damage With Blood Sugar Levels etc., etc. I am not diabetic, but I suspect a degree of insulin resistance, so these topics are of some interest to me. Besides, it helps me understand how low carb can be of such a wonderful health benefit to my diabetic friends. I hope you find this site of some help to you, too.
