I found I like the taste of this but it doesn't like me. I just didn't feel good after consuming it. I wondered if anyone else has had this experience with this low carb product.

I like the milk flavored type and it doesn't have the same effect.

Wondered what other folks have experienced with this.

I've never tried it Connie.
I never have liked milk so anything like milk drinks or shakes generally doesn't appeal to me.

I hate milk. However I love the chocolate carb milk type drink. Wierd huh! Its frothier than milk. I think it tastes like melted chocolate icecream.

Hi Con!!

Yes, the chocolate one gave me HORRIBlE cravings!!! I did "fine" with the plain.

Right now, though, I'm off dairy indefinitely...

Blessings!

Connie
My experience was exactly like yours. Had an intense headache and then cravings after having the chocolate CC, but the 'regular' flavor doesn't cause those symptoms.
