Default Weight Watcher's hoping for Atkins refugees...

Found this article.

I find it noteworthy that the Weight Watcher's Organization said: "...the low-carb craze may not be ebbing as quickly as it had forecast."

That's because it works, it is not a craze, it is a way of life.

I guess it's only fair we throw a few refugees back to them since low carbing has so many of their ex-members now.

LOL, Rob! How true.
About the woman who said doing Atkins gave her a kidney infection...Yeah, I know what she means. Doing Atkins gave me an ingrown toenail. Sheesh. Any excuse is better than nothing, I guess. I wonder what her doctor said caused it?

They won't have ME back! I love this WOE.

Of course, I DO it properly...which I think accounts for a lot of the attrition rate. Same with any eating plan!

I did lose weight just fine on WW but ate a LOT of low-fat, non-filling JUNK and I'm so happy to be rid of that stuff....
