| It's not really a low carb diet, Ed. While there is a similar emphasis on vegetables, that's about it. Grains, although whole ones are recommended, are a large component of the diet. It's also a low fat diet and protein is limited.

| I agree with you Maggie, it's not a low carb diet. Thanks for the info on that Sharron. But what they do have in common is that there is almost no processed foods and sugars. So it gets you thinking is it the low carb or the lack of processed foods that makes you loose weight. |
