| Apparently the current thinking is that (heavy metal wise) it is safer to take fish oil supplements than to eat many kinds of fish. http://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/498364 (free registration may be required) As for me, I'll probably keep eating most kinds of fish, but it only works out to a few times a month anyway. As a frequent Canadian fishing license holder, I've learned from the literature they give you that fish of a certain age (and various part of fish) may contain stuff you don't want to eat on a frequent basis, anyway.
