he can set up an rss feed because he uses blogger. All he has to do is set up an account with http://www.feedburner.com/fb/a/home

I just got Jonny Bowden's book "Living the Low Carb Life" from the library. It's a great book! Excellent overview of 14 different low carb plans, plus information about all the facts (and myths!) written in a very readable way--including the science parts.

I'm Jonny's new fan!
