| Thigns that make you go-- HUH! Interesting article- thanks for sharing it. I also find it intersting that they recommend 130 gr of carbs per day... I'd forgotten that it was so high.

| Thanks Trina. I definitely concur with this finding. I have cataracts and I also have the beginnings of Aged Macula Degeneration (AMD). My specialist told me a low carb, fresh food, minimally processed diet could possibly assist to slow both down. So far (3 years) - its working successfully - with no further degeneration in either. I also had very uncomfortable 'floater's' in my visions - which have reduced hugely in that time - possibly also due to lowered b/p? |
