| This article came out in May of this year, but I just ran across it while surfing around. In the May 2005 issue of "Cell Metabolism", a study done at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis indicated that fat stores on the body would not be utilized without "new" fat consumed in the diet. They also found that mice put on a no-fat diet developed fatty livers. Especially interesting: Quote:
