NOW I know where Maggie got the title for her post!

And later in the article he speaks of how they "never really noticed" that the symptoms of metabolic syndrome are the same ones that lowcarbing is good at fixing.

I wonder why? Could it be they've been so hell bent on sticking to their outdated nutritional "Pyramid" and all those "lowfat is best" theories, they couldn't see the forest for the trees??
