| Interesting item, Teel. It's nice that they are making it clear that most sugar alcohols are a problem for diabetics. However, IMHO, they still are missing the mark when they tell diabetics to eat small portions of "normal versions of these items" (apparently including candy and such) and to avoid fat. It seems rather simple to me to advise diabetics to find out which foods jack up your blood sugar and then DON'T EAT THEM. Forget the notion of a "normal" diet. That's just code for "popular." A "normal" diet is the one that works with an individual's metabolism. I guess that's too simple. LOL!
